Rebeca Goya
Rebeca Goya Esteban received the BSc degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Carlos III University, Madrid, Spain, in 2006, the MSc degree in Biomedical Engineering from Porto University, Portugal, in 2008 and the PhD degree from Rey Juan Carlos University, Madrid, Spain, in 2014. Currently, she is teaching assistant and researcher at Rey Juan Carlos University. Her main research interests include time series analysis, cardiac signal processing and statistical learning.

In the field of engineering I collaborated in a research project with the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in the area of biomedical engineering, with code developed in Python using machine learning, from which an article was published in Computing in Cardiology. He is currently working on web application development/testing with Python on the Django framework. He works with cloud services (aws, gcloud, azure), docker/docker swarm (microservices), git, celery, mysql, etc. and with aws services that are part of the applications architecture (ECS, RDS, ELB, etc.). It also works with Scrum, Jira and Gitlab methodology.
